I worked closely with the client and developer on a very lean approach to design the phrizbe experience for the iPhone and iPad. The client needed a design quickly to obtain further buy in from outside stakeholders.
As part of the project, we conducted quick interviews to get a better grasp on who our user were and what their motivations, mentality and behavior were. We quickly moved to wireframes and did A/B testing of a couple of low fidelity prototypes with a group of peers to determine our next steps. Our findings concluded our users wanted a quick way to share information on the go whether it be photos, video or their personal contact information.
The solution was a very simple iOS native app that gave the users the ability to share on the go with a quick flick of their wrist. The project has since evolved into a commercial product called phriz.be. phrizbe allows people to discover other devices that are nearby and share photos & documents, no matter what device type they are using.
