I oversaw all experience strategy work for the new Travel Budget app for Visa's Practical Money Skills financial literacy program in Indonesia. My goal was to investigate how to differentiate our client in the market, while determining how we could deliver a meaningful, distinctive and compelling experience for our users. A core component of this work involved crafting the vision for the app and articulating exactly what the app should do, how it should feel, and how we were going to achieve this.
With Indonesia’s high concentration of BlackBerry users, we created an app that functioned across multiple platforms.
